Route de Ferney, one of the project’s key anchors, is bordered by a sequence of residential ensembles such as Budé, Plein-Soleil, and Morillon-Parc — dense urban fabrics with continuous frontages, separated by wide wooded belts, where architecture establishes a physical relationship with nature, distant views, and generous open spaces. The project positions itself within this lineage while stitching into the fabric of the Grand-Saconnex village.

The urban form, based on a serpentine plan, creates a differentiated silhouette whose varied heights open the space and ensure distant views for the majority of apartments. It helps define two key public space figures: the square and the park. The square is composed of a sequence of linked atmospheres, articulated by the historic “Maison des Médecins,” deliberately preserved within the composition. Extending the existing Parc des Délices, the linear park offers a promenade that traverses the project site in its entirety.

The urban form supports cross-ventilated and dual-aspect typologies, with corner loggias allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the plans. The homogeneous tectonic register of the architectural expression enables the buildings to be perceived as a coherent urban ensemble.
