The two buildings together with the Azur centre already present on the site, form a whole linked by a series of architectural elements. The glass facades favour the use of natural light and address the use of specific light-shading systems for each building: fabric blinds for the Coral house and sliding glass panels for the Bamboo residence . Architectural polychromy is strongly considered to form a landscape in which each building has tone from a range of colors: reds for the house Coral, a pixelated plant image for the Bamboo residence and blue tones for the Azur centre. For each one, the upper part is crowned by a double attic, the result, in a site constrained by sizes, of applying the law on energy which allows for a surplus of surface area for a higher energy standard. These aluminum volumes, reflecting the sky, tackle this issue by offering a duplex system superimposed on the block of flats. The curtain wall of the Coral House is made up of large sliding glass panes that provide that feeling of inside-outside by retracting entire sections of the facade.
